Much to my regret and horror, I am having to cut some budget items so one big thing for us is having to cut our library hours starting in January. We have cut back at times when the library has traditionally been the least used in order to make the changes as pain-free as possible for both patrons AND student workers. Hopefully this is a temporary change. Basically, our hours will be as listed below, with special hours posted as necessary:
Sunday: CLOSED (per usual)
Monday: 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Tuesday-Thursday: 8:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 11:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
Like I've said to some folks, the BAD NEWS is we have to cut the hours the library is open; the GOOD NEWS is 1) many of our resources are available online 24/7 already, and 2) we have not had to cut any person from our payroll list!
